HOW DOES MY 12 WEEK PROGRAM WORK?

My 12 week mindset and behaviour change program has been meticulously designed to support busy parents get fit, lose weight and change their lives so that they can become the role model they want to be for their kids, their partner but most importantly themselves.

At the beginning of the program we will strategize and come up with a custom, unique plan that is going to help you lose weight sustainably whilst fitting it around your lifestyle.

 

During the program you will have a pre-planned schedule you will need to adhere to, whilst being held accountable through 1-1 live coaching calls each week. In these calls I will be guiding you with vital information around nutrition, exercise and psychology. You will be set tasks each week, coached through your habits/ behaviours and progress tracked through out the whole process with pictures, measurements, weigh-in's and body fat checks.

 

There will never be a dull moment in the program as I will be right by your side constantly motivating you to become the best version of yourself.

LET'S GET DOWN TO SPECIFICS

STEP 1: STRATEGIZE A PLAN OF ACTION

During the first few sessions with me, you will identify limiting beliefs that are holding you back from unlocking your potential to lose weight. Before you can tackle your weight loss, health and fitness goals, you must first do inner work to develop a greater understanding of yourself, your habits and how you view yourself and the world. I will be helping you to discover your true values, who you really are and start to form an image of who you want to become.

STEP 2: DEVELOP NEW HABITS AND BEHAVIOURS TO OVERCOME BELIEFS 

Next, you will focus on developing new habits and behaviours that will help you overcome your limiting beliefs so that you can break the 'yo-yo' affect. I will set you weekly nutrition, exercise and self-improvement tasks that will become regular habits that you can use for every part of your life (not just towards your main goal). 

STEP 3: REINFORCE BEHAVIOURS THROUGH PSYCHOLOGY 

Through the rest of the program I will work to help you uncover the psychology behind why you have built up certain behaviours and how to break them through positive reinforcement.

With my expert knowledge and motivation I will show you from A-Z how to create new patterns of behaviour so that you can change your lifestyle and regain control of your life . I will track your weight loss progress through various methods e.g. measurements, weigh-in's, body fat checks and more so that you are  held accountable and always striving for a higher purpose. As and when you achieve each set goal, I will be congratulating you on your successes and giving you the reinforcement you need.
